Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, a Master’s in Applied Human Resource Management, and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Her advanced qualifications include a Certificate in HR Metrics and Dashboards, a Certificate in People Metrics, and a Certificate in AI Training, making her a trusted partner for organisations navigating digital transformation and workforce planning.
With over 15 years of international experience in both the private and public sectors, Daniela brings deep insight into aligning HR strategies with wider business goals. Her approach is both strategic and practical—helping organisations create high-performing, future-ready workplaces.
